MARTYN RAYNOR
Simon Noad
Senior Physiotherapist & Founder
Simon became a Physiotherapist because of his passion to help people to maximise their potential and reach their goals, no matter how big or small they may be. Since qualifying from Coventry University in 2007 he has gained extensive experience in a variety of fields including elite sport, private practice and in educational settings.
Simon has worked for the English Institute of Sport, leading Physiotherapy services for Olympic sports such as Great British Canoeing. Prior to this, he worked for West Bromwich Albion Football Club for many years, progressing to the role of Head of Academy Science and Medicine. Simon enjoys working with people and, as a result of his varied experience, is skilled in treating a broad array of conditions. Simon is also an Assistant Professor at Nottingham University, lecturing on the Sport & Exercise Medicine Masters Course, and leads training events for clinicians across the country. This ensures he is kept at the forefront of the latest evidence and treatment techniques.
From a treatment perspective, Simon believes in using both his manual therapy and exercise prescription skills to deliver a full Physiotherapy experience to help reduce pain and optimise movement. His broad and varied career in Physiotherapy to-date has equipped him with the knowledge and skills to deliver multiple aspects of Physiotherapy to a high standard, and with great results.

Personal interests:
Away from Physiotherapy, Simon is a keen badminton player and enjoys outdoor activities. He has a young family which he enjoys spending time with. When he gets the chance likes to relax by putting his feet up and diving into a good book.
Robyn Cassidy
Senior Physiotherapist
Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist, Robyn has gained over 10 years of experience developing her skills in a wide array of settings including the military, multiple sporting environments and the NHS. Alongside her work at Vitalize, Robyn works as a Senior Research Physiotherapist at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). Robyn is heavily involved in physiotherapy research having completed her MSc in Sports Physiotherapy at Bath University, she has now embarked on a PhD part time. Her current research focuses on optimising rehabilitation for injured military personnel. This work ensures that Robyn is constantly updating and expanding her knowledge and skills to the highest level, which benefits her clients greatly.
Robyn uses a combined approach of skilled exercise and manual therapy and believes in working alongside her patients supporting them to achieve their goals. On top of this she also qualified in Yoga and Acupuncture meaning her clients receive a truly comprehensive treatment experience.

Personal interests:
Robyn is a passionate trail, mountain and ultra-runner. She values and understands the benefits of leading an active and outdoor lifestyle. When not in the gym during the week, at weekends will disappear in her van to enjoy trail running, road and mountain bike riding, outdoor water swimming and anything else in between.
Phaldie Gool
Senior Physiotherapist
Phaldie has 22 years’ experience effectively diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal, postural and sporting conditions. He firmly believes his clients should leave his care with a full understanding of their concerns and takes pride in explaining the condition prior to commencing treatment. Phaldie has worked for, and alongside, some of the most well-known brands in the world where the focus has always been on quality instead of quantity. He applies this to his treatment ethos making every session count towards your recovery.
In his care you can expect a level of service which has become synonymous with the Vitalize brand. We all lead busy lives and sometimes injury and pain can prevent us from enjoying the activities that enrich us. With his lived experience he fully understands that sometimes even rehabilitation exercises can fall by the wayside, and therefore he will work with you to tailor your treatment and therapy, so it becomes a part of your daily routine.

Phaldie enjoys DIY and working on cars. In his free time, he might be busy making pastry or doing his own upholstery. He enjoys travelling and adventure holidays but also appreciates the peacefulness of laying on an isolated beach.
Sophie Cook
Senior Physiotherapist
Sophie graduated from Coventry University in 2017 and has since accumulated years of
experience in private healthcare and elite sports. She has worked with athletes from a
variety of disciplines, including athletics, padel, cricket, and golf. Whether working with Olympic athletes or recreational clients, Sophie’s passion is helping people return to their desired level of activity and performance. She believes that every individual, regardless of their level, deserves high-quality care and attention to get back to what they love doing.
As a recently retired professional athlete, Sophie understands the demands of recovery and performance at the highest level. Her approach combines hands-on therapy with personalised rehabilitation programs to help clients achieve their peak, whether that means competing in elite sport or living a pain-free life.
Over her career, Sophie has had the privilege of supporting athletes on their journey to major championships, including the Olympics, always with the same goal: restoring them to their highest level of performance, whatever that may be.

Personal Interests
Sophie spent over a decade as a professional pole vaulter, representing Great Britain, before retiring due to injury. She continues to stay active through bouldering and regular gym workouts. Outside of her profession, Sophie enjoys time with her golden doodle, Milo, and is an avid coffee lover, always searching for the perfect cup.
Rosie Rushin
Sports Rehab & Massage Therapist
Rosie graduated in 2016 from Cardiff Metropolitan University gaining her BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. With this she gained her Level 4 Sports Massage and since then has been a member of the soft tissue therapist association (SMA). Her passion is helping people live a happy and healthy life. She provides a different approach to her clients seeing the body as a whole system and not just the point of pain. Being sporty growing up and taking part in professional football Rosie always had a keen eye on how people got injured and what needed to be done to help them reach their goals. Her favourite system is the muscular system hence specialising in soft tissue therapy, she is all about educating the client and then providing that further care through exercise rehabilitation.

Personal interests:
Basically anything that involves dogs and adventure! Rosie has two spaniels and every weekend is training for agility and flyball competitions. She also loves to travel to new places to scuba dive and trek. Spending time with her family and working on strength and conditioning in the gym.
George Ashby
Sports Therapist
George completed his degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Worcester and is now a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists. Since graduating he has worked in a mixture of sporting environments, including semi-professional rugby, professional women’s cricket and academy sides. For the past years George has worked in private clinics, using his Sports Therapy and Massage skills to treat and rehabilitate physical issues and sporting injuries. George likes to take a client first approach, taking time to understand what the clients aims and goals are in order to help work towards them in the best way possible. This ensures the client remains informed and has a clear understanding of their treatment plan. Due to his sporting upbringing, he has spent his fair share of time in a Physiotherapy room being treated for various injuries meaning he understands how it feels to be on the other side of treatments or sports massages. Alongside his work with Vitalize George is currently studying to become a Physiotherapist.

In his spare time George enjoys playing golf and following most sports from F1 to cricket. He enjoys keeping fit through walking the family dog in and around the local walking trails.
Kerrie Noad
Practice Manager
Behind every good team is someone pulling the strings and keeping the cogs turning. For Vitalize Physiotherapy this person is Kerrie. As practice manager Kerrie organises the diary, takes bookings and performs key administrative tasks. She’ll often man the phone and has built up a reputation for her excellent customer service. As well as working for Vitalize, Kerrie is a registered Health Care Professional. This means she can offer excellent advice over the phone regarding managing conditions prior to your Physiotherapy appointment.
Personal interests:
Kerrie is heavily into arts and crafts. She is constantly making and creating things for family and friends. She likes to run and finds it is an excellent way to unwind. Above all she enjoys spending time with her family.
